Thanks for the question.
Let me make sure I understood your question.
The short answer is ___. / In our case, ___.
Let me explain briefly.
Does that answer your question?
- Let me make sure I understood your question.
- If I understood correctly, you’re asking about ___, right?
- So, your question is ___. Is that correct?
- Are you asking whether ___?
- Sorry, could you say that again?
- Would you mind repeating the last part?
- Could you speak a bit slower, please?
- I didn’t catch the last word—did you say ___?
- Let me think for a second.
- That’s an important point.(受け止めの言い方)
- Let me address that step by step.
- The short answer is yes/no.
- In our case, ___.
- What we found was ___.
例:The short answer is yes. In our case, we tested it with two teams, and we saw a clear improvement in turnaround time.
- I don’t have the exact number with me right now, but I can follow up after this.
- That’s a good question. I’ll need to check the latest data and get back to you.
- At this point, what I can say is ___.(言える範囲だけ言う)
- Let me take them one by one.
- I’ll start with the first question.
- And for the second one, ___.
- Does that answer your question?
- Would you like more detail?
- If you’d like, we can discuss it after the session.
